There’s an issue with my order (defective, wrong item, or other problems). What should I do?
Please email us at [your email address] with details about the issue. If your item is defective, be sure to include clear photos. We’ll get back to you within 1–4 business days.
Can I change my order? (Wrong item or size selected)
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us as soon as possible with your order number, name, and the correct item or size you’d like instead. We’ll do our best to make the change before it ships!
I entered the wrong address, can you change it?
Please contact us immediately with your order number, name, and the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped, we can update the address for you. If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t refund the shipping fee. If the package is returned to us, we can reship it to your updated address, but additional shipping charges will apply.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. If you haven’t received it, check your spam/junk folder or reach out to us.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some of our pieces are limited edition and won’t be restocked. Others may return depending on demand. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter by email and phone # to stay updated on restocks and drops.
Do you take commissions?
At the moment we do not take any commissions, but in the future we hope to do so! Right now we definitely take in any suggestions! Feel free to email us any suggestions of products you would like to see or message us at nashi.haven on instagram:)
